The purpose of Wizardhand is to show the world that no one is too old to sit down doing nothing. Human beings have a priceless value from the day they are born until their last breath. In my village there is a group of old ladies that used to consider themselves useless old rags that could do nothing but spend their time chatting on philosophical purposes to other people's lives. One day, while sitting in the sun doing some needle working and having a deep thought about what somebody's daughter-in-law should do about the education of her children, I passed by them and saw what such beautiful things they were making. Amazing wrinkled hands with a long needle and a thin grey thread that was being transformed into a nice cozy scarf. "How much would you like for that scarf?" I asked, "This one I will offer my 10 year-old granddaughter to wear this Christmas, but I have plenty at home, you just have to pick the color and shape." Mrs Maria said, and her friends added, "Scarves, purses and a lot more" I smiled and kept walking towards the village café to have a strawberry ice cream wandering "why not combine two different know-how: my knowledge on computing with their expertise on the art of the needle". It´s been a while, the winter has come and my warm scarf has been handy. It is needless to say what happened next.
